Hey! I am nominating myself, over here at Cupcakes For Dinner http://www.cupcakedinner.blogspot.com because I am pretty lazy and this takes less effort than putting an entry up on my blog, begging people who probably wouldn’t nominate me anyway, to nominate me, then feeling all bitter and upset because my readers are pretty lazy too (but don’t tell them I said that) and would think to themselves –”Oh cool, I will nominate her right after my nap!” then forget to do it.

They would feel bad when I blogged later about how lazy my readers are and how no one nominated me (then threaten to quit my blog because that gets publicity, after all) but it still wouldn’t change the fact that they didn’t nominate me in the first place.

So, I am nominating myself. Is that technically forbidden or just frowned upon? (Please be just frowned upon…please be just frowned upon)

Tara, nominating yourself is not only OK, it is smiled upon. I have to be OK with this sort of thing because I am not ashamed to do the same. As a matter of fact, it took people a while to respond to this, so I thought I was going to have to award myself the award.

I’m nominating Super Ninja Mommy. Why? Well let’s see um um cause it’s like…well you know um… No just kidding her blog is an awesome read! It cracks me up and I’m appreciate of that cause I’m living on the edge ya’ll and need to laugh as often as I can…hah!

I was going to nominate super ninja mommy but then I thought, no like 50 people are going to nominate her because her blog is money and no one would nominate me (self esteem issues you see) so yeah, I am like the guy who was shooting people left and right in The Titanic to get on the rescue boat (aptly played by the talented and charming Billy Zane).
