My First Quilt Top

This is the first quilt top I’ve ever made. It may be a good time to mention that it was also the only one I’ve made. I also need to finish the quilt in it’s entirety. But, it’s pretty :)

Pretend Mommy

The other day my daughter, who is 4, informed me that she had a pretend mommy. She said “my pretend mommy always let’s me cook with her.” I had no idea she wanted to help me in the kitchen so much. I am excited about this. I read somewhere one time that, “Mother’s are memory makers.” I know this is going to make good memories for us both. I hope I learn a lot from this “pretend mommy.”
